If you run into problems using the tool, please send us an email via our contact form and select "Technical issues" in the dropdown list with proposed subjects.
The tool provides an error report if applicable, displayed in the command prompt window and available as a text file in the data/errors folder. If the tool contains bugs or you suspect it does, please do the following before sending us an email via the contact form mentioned above:
- Go to the data/errors folder of the tool and retrieve the file named errors.log,
- Copy and paste the content of that file report in the email with some explanation on the error that you encountered.
The tool saves a logfile of each harvesting in the log folder, in a file named harvester.log, in the screenshot below you can see the first part of the harvester.log file of the harvesting that was used for this manual:
