The only differen between this functionality for a Country Manager and an Institution Manager is the fact that when creating a topic mapping a Country Manager can choose from connecting any Source Guide from any institution within his/her part of the Archival Landscape, whereas an Institution Manager can only select a Source Guide made available within the institution he/she is creating the topic mapping for.
